Our bed and breakfast is a beautiful Georgian Farmhouse in Eskbank, near Dalkeith and set within 4 acres of tranquil tree lined gardens on the banks of the river North Esk. A haven of peace just minutes walk to the local pub, shop and transport links to Edinburgh and surrounding areas.

Our leafy and private mature garden is a beautiful place to unwind whether that’s sitting in our listed summerhouse, watching deer, pheasants and other wildlife or just enjoying a walk by the riverbank it has something for everyone. Our fruit trees and walled garden contain a bounty of fruit and veg and our free range hens always welcome a visit. Whatever the reason for your stay at our lovely guesthouse you’ll appreciate the space and find something to enjoy.
